After M&A transaction closing, I needed to speed up organizational turnaround aligning people, processes and IT systems to best practice standards. When it comes to Europe wide or multi-country search for Life Sciences executives, I always work with Michel Vandycke from Vandycke & Partners Belgium, founding partner of INRALS. They won’t close the mission before you are fully satisfied with the selection and the right candidate. The follow up after the recruitment is always done the smart and thoughtful way.
