After M&A transaction closing, I needed to speed up organizational turnaround aligning people, processes and IT systems to best practice standards. Regarding HR strategy, it was paramount for us to change dramatically level and nature of competences inside Organization without shaking the boat too much. We decided to be supported by INRALS to foster new hiring program aimed to fill in crucial positions and to bring on board people with high motivation and skills. INRALS demonstrated high pace of professionalism and dedication in partnering with us to reach shared vision and tasks. At the end we have been able to reshuffle completely HR landscape changing more than 50% of initial resources and maintaining organizational stability: it has been a great success and INRALS has been a part of it!
