This year’s INRALS General Assembly brought together our international network of specialized life sciences recruiters in Skåne, Sweden, in the heart of Medicon Valley, one of Europe’s most important life sciences regions connecting the Nordic countries.
Hosted by our Swedish and Danish partner, Carpenova Nordic, the meeting focused on how INRALS can continue to strengthen its position as trusted talent advisers in the life sciences sector, as we are the only global recruitment network dedicated exclusively to life sciences recruitment.
That position comes with responsibility. We are expected to understand our clients’ businesses, advise on talent availability and market dynamics, and represent our clients with credibility in highly competitive candidate markets.
